What is the payment method?
  1. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
  2. We also accept PayPal and *bank transfers (for bulk orders only) for customers who prefer these methods of payment.
  3. Payments are processed with Stripe (Payment processing company)
  4. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  5. We do not accept cash or checks.
  6. All transactions will be processed in GBP, £ (Great British Pound). If you are placing the order from overseas you might be subjected to pay exchange rate.
  7. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received and cleared.
  8. If a payment is declined, the order will be cancelled and the customer will need to place the order again with a valid form of payment.
  9. We reserve the right to cancel any order or transaction that we suspect to be fraudulent.
  10. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

How can I return an item?
  1. Returns will be accepted within 28 days of the delivery date.
  2. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  3. We do not accept return of undergarments and some accessories due to health and safety. Items that are returned damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
  4. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  5. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  6. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team at info@alxhaltd.co.uk  to initiate a return.
  7. Exchanges are not accepted at this time.
  8. Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
  9. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and we will process a replacement or refund.
How to Request a Refund?

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@alxhaltd.co.uk . Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s) and process your refund.

What is the refund process?

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our refund eligibility criteria. If your return is accepted, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
